Assi Yechiel, a son of a Salonican family, grew up on Greek music all his life and began singing at an early age. Over the years he has accumulated a loyal audience that follows him, and he divides his time in performances between Israel and his second home - Greece. In the past year he began an artistic collaboration with the renowned composer Christo Nicopolos, and together they are working on a new album of original materials.

In Assi's Tavern you can enjoy all the familiar and favorite classics - in Greek and Hebrew.
